1) Delivery Timelines

Dispatch: Within 24โ48 hours after order confirmation.

Delivery: Most serviceable pincodes receive delivery in 3โ5 business days.

Remote Locations: Please allow 5โ8 business days.

Business Days: MondayโSaturday (excluding national holidays).

Cut-off: Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM IST are prioritized for same-day processing.
Note: Festive seasons, sale periods, severe weather, or courier constraints may cause delays.
2) Order Processing & Dispatch

Every order passes quality check and protective packaging before dispatch.

Post-confirmation, youโll receive invoice and tracking details via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.

We ship with reputed national courier partners.
3) Shipping Charges

Charges are auto-calculated at checkout based on weight, volumetric dimensions, order value, and pincode.

Free-shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly displayed on banners/checkout.
4) Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available on PAN INDIA

A nominal handling fee and order-value limits may apply.

Cash/UPI/card availability at doorstep depends on courier facilities in your area.
5) Order Tracking

A tracking link is shared once your order is dispatched.

Tracking events refresh as per the courierโs system. If you face issues, please contact Support.
6) Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

Address changes are possible before dispatchโcontact Support immediately.

Couriers usually attempt delivery twice. If undelivered, the shipment may be RTO (Return to Origin).
7) Packaging & Transit Safety

Fragile/premium items are shipped with multi-layer, shock-resistant packaging.

Transit insurance is applied for high-value shipments where required.
8) Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items

We strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video upon receipt.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 48 hours with:

Photos of the outer parcel/label

Clear photos/videos of the issue

After validation, weโll process a replacement or resolution as per policy.
9) Undeliverable / RTO

If a shipment returns due to unreachable contact, incorrect address, or courier restrictions:

Prepaid orders: Refund/credit after deducting shipping/return charges (as applicable).

COD orders: Future COD may be restricted.

10) Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may ship in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking link.
11) Non-Serviceable Pincodes

If your pincode is temporarily unserviceable, weโll request an alternate address or process a full refund.

12) Cancellations

Cancellations are possible before dispatch only.

After dispatch, cancellations/address changes arenโt possible; post-delivery our Returns/Replacement Policy (if applicable) will apply.
13) GST Invoice

All orders receive a GST-compliant invoice.
